Delivered PPG Paints Arena Millwork Ahead of Concert

When ownership at PPG Paints Arena asked TRE to compress the project schedule by four weeks to clear the venue before a major concert, TRE negotiated two-shift operations, redeployed manpower, and brought in temporary labor to meet the accelerated timeline. The millwork in Casamigos Club and Suite 66 was completed on schedule, the bar opened on time, and the end user was satisfied — a direct result of TRE's ability to solve schedule problems rather than just flag them.
